Finished Measurements: The sample shown measures 5 in/ 12.5 cm wide by 45 in/ 114.5 cm long after blocking.
Gauge: (Gauge is not critical in this project, but a different gauge will give a different size scarf.) Working gauge (before washing) = 18 sts and 30 rows/ 4in/ 10cm over scarf body stitch pattern with larger needles. Final Gauge (after washing) = 21 sts and 26 rows/ 4 in/ 10cm. To get a 45 in/ 114.5 cm scarf I knit 40 1/2 in/ 103 cm long. *
What You Need: This pattern will work in Provenance Fingering, Highland Fingering, Treme Sock or Highland DK. This kit includes Treme Sock. If you want a longer scarf, select the same colorway in the 2nd skein. A 45 in/ 114.5 cm scarf takes approx. 200 yds of DK or 400 yds of fingering.
