This cozy cowl is made in the fluffy brioche stitch, a slipped-stitch technique that adds texture and depth to fabric. I like to teach my students to learn brioche by working two colors, in the round, as I think that’s theeasiest way to learn this type of knitting.Many of them work this pattern as their first foray into brioche.
